Summery
This chapter is about new friendships. Ms Antilly, the guidance counselor for students, planned a little new-student orientationfor new students.Hannah Baker met Jessica Davis there. They did not want to be there. But then they thanked Ms. Antilly for introducing.
They have understood themselves and were friends. The girls met often in a cafe which called Monet´s. They also met Alex for the first time there. He was new, too. The three were happy that they found themselves. Besides they were a little clique. But at some point it changed. The first to drop out was Alex. The contact with him was less. But the contact from Hannah and Jessica was not better anymore.
Suddenly Jessica wanted to talk to her and so they met. The reason was the list from Alex. Jessica heard so many rumors about Hannah (and Alex). As Hannah told her the truth, Jessica did not believe her.
